Paul is 8 months old today!
At the start of September, we were able to go back to church so we finally had an excuse to dress the boys up! I put Paul in this adorable sailor suit from Grandma
George's first day of school!
On the way home from school--I love our view!
Visiting Lotherton Hall
This hornbill is the same kind of bird as Zazu in The Lion King
Apple picking!
Paul had a great time playing in the cut grass around the orchard
Another Sunday church outfit
The weather was still fairly warm in September--George & Paul played with the sandbox one evening after school
Once George started school, Paul and I had the one-on-one time that I had always planned on having (before the lockdown meant it was all 4 of us together, all the time!). It was so fun to see his little personality develop and I think he loved all of the extra attention!
Woodland walk at Temple Newsam
First pumpkin spice latte of the season!
Paul was dressed up for our family photo shoot--very autumnal!
Paul's "Ridin' with Biden"!
Mailing off my postal ballot! George has been very interested in the election (and he also just always loves to post things...)
Matching fleeces at Roundhay Park
Playing with kitty's food cup--Paul loves everything to do with Biscuit, and he messes with her blankets, her food & water bowls, her litter tray...
September was really lovely this year--things felt relatively normal, apart from wearing masks and social distancing. George loved his new school and we were able to get out and do fun things on the weekends, like Lotherton Hall and Temple Newsam. We picked blackberries and apples, and spent a lot of time outdoors.
